Syndarah is a Texas native, born in Conroe and raised in Tarkington, TX. She was homeschooled and graduated in 2015. In 2020, she joined Cleveland Health Care Center, where she now serves as a key member of the Human Resources team.
With her approachable personality and dedication, Syndarah works diligently to support employees and foster a positive workplace culture. Whether assisting with onboarding, addressing staff needs, or coordinating HR functions, Syndarah is always ready to lend a helping hand.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their beloved "furbabies” Dolly, Hank, Blayze, Diamond, and Gypsy. Syndarah's love for people and her enthusiasm for her work make her an invaluable part of the Cleveland Health Care Center family.
